What is OneTL?
OneTL, Inc. is a 501(c)3 parent-led volunteer organization whose mission is to enhance the educational experience for all students at Terra Linda High School. We serve as the umbrella fundraising organization, bridging the gap in district funding for Athletics (TLAB), Music, Theatre Arts, Visual Arts. We also provide annual grants to Academic Excellence (AE) and the TL Scholarship Foundation and support a wide range of programs at Terra Linda.
What other programs does OneTL fund?
Besides the programs mentioned above, OneTL helps fund teacher supplies and hospitality, field trips, tutoring support, community events like Hispanic Heritage Night, Safe and Sober Grad Night, parent education, S.T.E.M. programs, mock trial, journalism, and so much more!
I want my donation to go towards Athletics, can I donate directly to them?
OneTL's mission is to enhance the educational experience at Terra Linda and support the whole student. Your donations come into a general fund and are disbursed to programs through a grant request process. By supporting OneTL, you ensure that every penny requested for athletics by our coaches and administration is fully funded. Our Athletics Boosters (TLAB) also bridge the gap through corporate sponsors and the Annual Crab Feed.
Can I submit and idea for OneTL to fund?
Yes! Absolutely. We love to hear from our TL community. You can submit ideas via this FORM and we will reach out to you.
How can I make a donation to OneTL?

Can I make a donation by check?
Yes. If you prefer to donate by check please write your student's grade in the memo and send to: OneTL, Inc. Family Giving, 320 Nova Albion Way, San Rafael, CA 94903
Can I make a recurring donation?
Yes. You can make a monthly or annual recurring donation online. When you choose monthly or annual and complete the payment with amount of your recurring donation, you will receive an email to set up your own DonorBox account. Log in to this account to change your recurring donation settings.
Will I get a tax receipt for my donation?
Yes. OneTL is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, TaxID: 51-0154250. You will receive an email from DonorBox to keep for your tax records, even if you pay by check. If for some reason you did not receive one, or need additional information, please email onetlorg@gmail.com
Is my donation 100% deductible
It depends. For donations $500 and over, we offer a Season Pass for one family member, to games, and theatre and music performances, with an estimated value of $150. If you choose to receive a pass, your donation is deductible to the extent it exceeds the value of the pass. If you opt out of receiving a pass, your donation is 100% deductible. For questions on deductibility, please check with your tax advisor.
Will I receive the Season Pass for a monthly donation?
It depends. For donations $500 and over, we offer a Season Pass for one family member, to games, and theatre and music performances. If your monthly donation amount multiplied by 12 months is $500 or over, you can choose to receive the Season Pass.
How do I get my Season Pass?
Season Passes will be mailed to donors. If you do not receive your Season Pass in a reasonable period of time after submitting your donation, please email onetlorg@gmail.com.

We are so fortunate to have a vibrant TL community and we welcome volunteers! No matter your availability, there are many ways to get involved.
